Default 1996 4.9L Minor "Rebuild" Thread

To make a long story short, my truck got hot and blew a head gasket. With 150,xxx miles, I'm replacing/upgrading some things while it's torn apart. Any suggestions/concerns/comments would be greatly appreciated. Cost is a concern, but I don't have a specific budget. Thank you!

Things I'm doing now:
-Head is in the shop for magnafluxing, reflattening deck, and valve job, probably new guides
-Valve cover, intake manifold, oil pan, etc. are being cleaned up and painted by me
-Piston rings will be replaced and cylinders will be honed by me
-All gaskets replaced
-Air pump delete

Things I'll do soon:
-MSD 6A ignition box
-Timing bump
-Cut/gut cats

My Questions:
-The gasket set on Summit says it's for '65 to '84. Does anyone know where I can find one for a 96?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Go to RockAuto.com Here are some examples of the things you requested. They have higher-priced and lower-priced - these were just middle of the road priced:

www.fme-cat.com

This is Fel-Pro's part catalog. Look here first to ensure you're getting the right part number the first time.
