I am wondering if it is possible to remove the plastic louver that is on the ext window of the 92 f150, without it exposing seals or anything else this is strictly for looks

Oh, I think I see what you're saying. You're talking about the extended cab window. On the older ones it's two windows and the newer ones are one. I don't know what the difference is between the two, if they are actually two windows or just a cover that goes over one window. I would like to know this too.

I'm pretty sure mines just 1 window with that piece over the outside. I may eventually get to a scrap yard and see if theres one there I could try it on.

Why Ive got ya though, I was asking about my tanks dumping fuel back and forth to each other. Could I just unplug a fuse or disconnect a pump so that it will stop. I dont mind going to one tank, its getting very annoying and I dont have a good place to burn any gloves

The only way to stop the cross filling is to replace the fuel pump, which comes with the valve that prevents the cross filling. You can't buy the valve separately. The tank that isn't selected but still receives fuel is the tank with the bad valve. Someone else on here pinched off the lines to the disconnected tank, but I don't think that's a good idea. The plastic lines are easily damaged.
