You would get worse mileage, the truck would run terrible and you would have an exhaust leak.

Truck would still run like crap and fuel mileage would probably go to like 8 miles to the gallon. The computer needs those readings to adjust your fuel/air mix to right proportions.

You need the 02 sensors, also if you have an after cat o2 sensor you would need the cat for a proper reading from the computer, removing the sensors are not good on an efi engine. You would actually waste more gas w\o the sensors.

Stock gears as far as I know. I haven't done anything to it. The old man I bought it from used it to pull a 5th wheel so he could have done something I don't know about. Automatic transmission. Only thing I've done is but bosche premium platinum plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. But all stock replacement. 10mpg is when I'm playing around in it and pushing it lol. 12 is if I drive right

mine gets 12-13 and i've got 31's and a 2" leveling kit. if you look on the door jam on the drivers side theres an axle code if you look at it ill tell you what the gear ratio is and if you've got limited slip.
