Default 1995 F150 Headers, straight pipe, ect..?

I'm thinking about replacing my manifolds with headers, any suggestions? I'm looking for sturdy, cheap but good horsepower. And the lucky 1995 is allowed to be straight piped. I went on Summit Racing and found 1995 FORD F 150 Hooker Competition Headers which cost around $200.00 for steel and $400.00 for ceramic coated. The system for the dual exhaust is another 200 dollars. Any ideas on cheap sturdy headers to a cheap sturdy straight pipe comment them.

Also looking for more horsepower, any other suggestions would be great. Any links to cheap K&N cold air intakes would be helpful.

long tube are harder to find and you have to modify your exhaust system more but they should give more power

You may actually decrease your HP if you go completely open pipe, engines need a bit of back pressure. Go sorties, no cats and a good quality performance mufflers, it will sound great and run better than open pipe. Just my opinion, everybody has different thoughts when it comes to exhaust.
