I was planning on making brackets, but where is a good place to have them bolt to?

I used fan from v8 bird with a flex-a-lite controller. It doesnt spike the electrical system. Set temp and at 10-15* cooler fan comes on a 60% and builds to 100% by time it reaches temp you have it set at. http://www.jegs.com/i/Flex-a-lite/400/31165/10002/-1
