1994 5.0 knocking and running rough
I just bought a 1994 f150 5.0 from my future father in law. He ran it out of oil once and now it has a knock that increases with rpms and it runs really rough. Any advice on what it could be would be greatly appreciated.

Time for some of those "Engine Overhaul Pellets" from JC Whitney that you add to your oil! 
Just kidding...
You might be best served to spin off that oil filter and cut it open to see what kind/how much metal particulate is on the filter media. That would be your fastest and cheapest way to determine if you should even try to run it anymore or if the rotating assembly is eating itself alive.
