Default 1992 f150 5.0 L Wont start Unknown Cable melted?PICS

My 1992 ford f150 302 5.0 L

worked fine forever, let it sit for 5 days afterward It Will crank but wont start battery is good have fuel pressure sparks etc.
I noticed a melted cable below is a picture of the cable does anyone know where it plugs into and what this cable is? It comes off of the wire-harness its similar to the fuel injector cables.
I hope its the problem and someone can help ,
Thanks Im new to this forum.
