Default 1992 F-150 4x4 straight6

Truck keeps over heating on gages after new hoses,thermostat. Water pots out the bottom and hasn't wanted to start back up right away. Could I have blown a freeze plug?

Out the bottom of what?

Could be a partially blocked radiator.
