Default 1989 4.9L Leaking Fuel Injector

Fuel injector on my 1989 4.9L is leaking causing black exhaust for a few seconds after start up.A rough idle right after start up, but then it goes away. Also you have to crank it for awhile on a cold start. How should I go about fixing this problem? New Injectors, should I clean them? The truck only has 102,000 mi on it. Will fuel system cleaner that you put in the fuel clean this up or is that a waste of time?

Lucas fuel system cleaner...use as recommended...dont use Gumout or other Acetone/Keytone/Xylene based cleaners...it eats the rubber hose between the fuel pump and line inside the tank...

make sure your 2-wire temp sensor is good...and Idle Air Control is clean...those will make black smoke too.....
