GAS

Hi I am new to the forum and am changing a head gasket on my 4.9 in a 1991 F150, It has a replacement 4.9 in it that may be a 1992. There is a pN change for the head gasket set. My problem is I do not seem to be able to identify the engine year. Has anyone got any clues I have no tags left and I need to ID. the motor year. for Parts ?
The old 1991 origional had air injection in the head but the present engine does not if anyone has any ideas let me know.

The gaskets are the same, just ask for your year to keep it simple.
