I went to the store and asked for this part. I nodded my head and said got it, but of course as soon as I start driving off, I forgot what he called it!!

He said they don't carry it and only the dealer does. But I'm sure RockAuto or partsgeek has it. Does anyone know what is part is called? It's circled in red.

It's just the oil breather hose - I doubt that is the technical term for it but you don't need to order it from the dealer. Find yourself a similar diameter hose and replace it.

On my speed density setup it runs all the way to the airbox and has a little filter called the "breather element."

The guy said it needs to be high temp hose or else it get's all gummy inside and it'll go into the engine. Does that sound right?

Get a gas/oil resistant hose you may get away with heater core hose but I wouldn't trust it.
