Default 0-60 times post them up....

ok since some of us have Hi-Jacked another thread and posted some times lets all do it here for comparison sake...

to get everything equal post up year, engine size, Auto or Manual trany, Rear end gear ratio and tire size...this will give others something to compare too...

Now I dont need to know other things like anything other than the results...

Also in a manual trany it may help telling how you took off and shift RPM...and what gears you used....

I'll go first...(you can quote this post and use the format i have and just add your specs)

Year 1995
Engine 4.9L 300-6
Transmission 5-speed Manual
Rear Axle Ratio 3.08 open
Tires P235/75r/15 (factory size)
0-60 times 13.04 seconds

let the clutch out normally rolling on the gas as I let the clutch out..rolling on the gas 3/4 throttle shifting into 2nd at 20mph shifting into 3rd at 40mph aprox 3500rpm and running 3rd all the way....

I notice these trucks dont like to be floored from the take off and they run better rolling in the throttle about 1/2 to 3/4 from a dead stop and then flooring once the RPMs are up....I made my pass close to floored but it wasnt...prolly just passed 3/4 throttle

now I am 100% sure I can get this into the 12 second range by launching harder...to the point of almost spinning the tire...I was at idle and rolling the throttle and clutch at the same time...I didnt bring up the RPM any at all....there you go...

EDIT: Other Mods...E-Fans and 160 T-Stat...Timing set at base 16 degrees...High voltage MSD Street Fighter Coil and MSD 6A box...them plugs dont stand a chance..lol Brass terminal cap and rotor...Toe set 1/16 toe-in....Royal Purple engine oil 10w20, ATF in the tranny with 2 quarts Red Lucas....thats about it...

Year 1991
Engine 4.9L 300-6
Transmission auto
Rear Axle Ratio stock size...idk?
Tires P235/75r/15 (factory size)
0-60 times 13.26 seconds
No mods...bone stock

Just stomped on it from a dead stop and let the auto tranny do its job. If i would have shifted myself i could probably get under 13 though.
