They suck. They take your money the at the time you order, even on backorder items. Shipping dates come and go with no communications about your order, yet they send a few "promotions" emails every week, and even more on holidays. You can email them, but don't expect a response in any sort of a timely manner.

After the first 4/15 shipping date arrived with zero communications or updates from them, I checked their site for an update and learned about a 10% off promotion they were running. So, I contacted them and asked for them to update my ETA and apply the current 10% off sale to my order. They finally replied on 4/22 and refused. A bit over an hour later I responded that if they couldn't update my order, I couldn't wait on another extension of my ETA and they needed to cancel my order and refund my money. I waited until the following day for a response and when it never arrived, I responded again explaining that failure to communicate was not an option and I needed a response and refund before Monday or I was going to start the process of filing a chargeback on the account. They reached out that day offering to honor the current 10% discount if I would keep the order in place. I allowed it and they posted the refund for the 10% and had provided an updated ETA of "at the end of May". Again, shipping date has passed with no shipping information provided, no updated ETA has been provided, and they continue to fail to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

At this point, as of 6/11 I have an appointment to file a complaint with the AG for my state and am starting the chargeback process.

Bummer Ford ditched the standard LED Tail lights on all Tremor trims to halogen for 2026. I really am considering buying some take off LED tail as I hate the halogen. I don’t see a lot on the internet about this though and ford doesn’t make a harness to convert. What’s your all thoughts is it worth the trouble? May recommends on where to buy a harness I assume the eBay ones are probably ****.
