No issues but I wouldn't go any taller with 3.55 gear's. I drive about a hundred miles daily on my work commute so I wanted a little better road tire so I went with the Nitto Terra's. My last truck had 3.73 gear's and I found the 295x70x17 Toyo MT's were a good match. I did have a programmer though and that helped out the tranny. Toyo MT's are great tires but are heavy and a little noisy on the highway for daily use. I think with the 285x75's (34") you'll be OK with 3.55's and a programmer.
