The 25% is the best shade if you want to look "legal-ish". Am going to pull the trigger on the same tint you have in about a week or so.
Does the "color or hue" of the tint match with the factory and is there any purple-ish color when looking out the glass into the Sun?
    Thank you for your help,
Just want to make sure I hear the pros and cons before I take the plunge

Thank's for the kind word's...I had my window's tinted about 2 yrs ago and the tint is holding up well...not as dark as the rear's but only one notch darker then legal in Louisiana. I'm satisfied and would go with it again. I'm far removed from the first car I tinted every window including the windshield way back in 1965!! Don

Hi; I don't recall the actual film they used (was some kind of metallic film) but I believe they went with 20% on my '09 FX4 to try and match the factory rear tint. For my current '11 Plat, I went with 35% front tint for slightly better visibility. Hope that helps.

I have had their kits in my last three vehicles and have not had a single problem. I would recommend them to anyone. My current set has been on my truck for a little over a year, no issues. (knocks on wood)
