The cab of my truck was factory prewired from the headlight switch to the fuse/relay panel passenger side. Purchased the factory light switch W/fog light. Checked power at the relay and pin # 12. Then bought the front bumper & fog lights from TASCA. Using a Ford wiring diagram manual, I found the relay and pin connection Plug C270A pin # 12. Purchased a harness pigtail from Ford and used it to install in pin # 12. ran my wire thru the front firewall in the harness, ran it out to the fog lights and grounded other side of the fog light to chasis ground positions G110 and G104. Use split conduit for your wires to match the OEMs, it makes it look as though it came from the factory. Or you could just short cut it and install just a rocker switch and a relay and wire them in that way. I prefered it to be more OEM, just my opinion, it was a little time consuming, but worth it.
