    It's pretty much flush it only sticks out about a 1/4 of an inch and that's less than the lip around the whole thing. You won't need to up the fuse because it draws the same even though it's bigger, because it's LED

    I apologize for taking so long to find your question. Yes, I used duplicolor. It's holding up to the heat better than expected. I'm sanding the TB cover to make it smooth. Didn't care for the dimples.
