    the factory speed limiter is set to 95mph if I'm not mistaken. a programmer can remove the limiter, but I would advise against if if you're running OEM tires not rated for the higher speeds

    I have a 04 but can get to over 100mph. I haven't drove a 11, but sounds kinda weird! I would lean towards a programming issue and have the computer reflashed. I can't give a solid reply due to no experiance with that year, but it doesn't seem right! A custom programmer would allow u to set it up for ur liking. Good luck!
