It turns more than 90 deg pulling forward and backing up. I really like the 5th Airborne Sidewinder with the R16k Reese hitch. It really smooths thing out. Last weekend my dad was towing his new 14.5' Montana with his 3500 Quad door long bed Cummins. I would walk away from him on the hills as we were using cruise set at 64. When the Ecoboost turbos really put the boost to the engine it really took off (I know you have a 5.0, but anyway). He was running at my hind quarter for a while and later commented how smooth the trailer/truck combo looked running down the road. You do have to realize that I have a X-Lite trailer too so it is lighter than most but pulling it really is a dream...no white knuckle moments...most of the time running down the highway I really don't even think about it being there(until I look in the rear view mirror). I have made a few u turns after missing my turn on wide two laine roads also.

    Hello Red One,
I was wondering how your 5.5 bed pulled and turned with your fifth wheel trailer? I have a 2012 f150, 5.0l, 5.5. I didn't know if there was enough room for turning radius.
    Thanks, Bill
