    I've bee scanning the site for Ham radio installs, I am getting ready to do my very first soon.. I was very intrigued in your set up, mainly in the area of the antenna.

    I love the mounting location, did you use a breed love steak bed mount? Some photos would be very handy.. That location looks the cleanest to me. and it doesn't stand out that much..

    The other question I have is, having a ground plane like everyone talks about that important or is it more dependent on the wave of antenna?? I have been looking at Comet CA-2x4SR and I am wondering if this antenna will work better drilled on the roof or in the location you have yours?
