I have the non-Sony stereo system.. which sounds like a cheap transistor radio... my goal would be to add a reasonable amp, a sub, and replace the existing speakers... I'm a 53 year old guy that gets annoyed at the thumpety-thumpety coming out of other cars, but wants decent quality sound when I listen... I'm mostly going to be streaming ipod or listening to FM or Sirius radio...
