    Hey muddymallard;

    well, the tires definitely have taken a toll on the mileage. I am getting between 11.9 to 12.5 mpg with everyday normal City driving (which means modest acceleration, keeping up with traffic, the occassional WOT to pass, etc.). The best I have seen in town is 14 mpg but only if I drive like a little old lady which totally defeats having all that power and greatly diminishes the fun to drive ratio (not to mention that it pisses off the other commuters behind me...lol). In all seriousness, even before the mods I was not getting anywhere near the hype, especially with the Highway mileage. The speed limit out here on the open road is 75 mph and my mileage drops like a rock at or above that speed (again, 12 to 15 mpg). At 65 mph, I have gotten a high of 16 mpg.

    Yeah, I thought about that too except the two-tone (with the gold) isn't as sporty looking as the FX4 two-tone. But I had a two-tone King Ranch and it looked great once I was done modding, so the new Lariats with the painted bumpers to match look pretty good too.
