    I took mine apart....It's a pain in the ***** but it yields better and longer lasting results.... I used a Universal Black SATIN finish paint. Go to your local Home Depot or whatever and ask the guy for a SATIN finish black paint. Depending on how strict the cops are in your area....they might pull you over if you actually spray the lenses. I know in some states it is ILLEGAL to paint the actual Lens.

    Hey man nice truck btw. Oh my question to you is, what kind if paint would I use to darken my tail lights? And how would I go about doing it? Should I paint the outside or take it apart and paint the inside?
