I almost liked the Magnaflow better, it had better throttle response and is clean looking coming out the back and quiter in the cab. Still sounded mean when you were behind the truck though.

I think with the single 3" I opened it up way to much and am losing power. I am now going to get a SCT CAL3 and get a full dyno tune to see if I can fix the issue. If not I will prob put the Magnaflow back on if nobody buys it. Or make the exhaust a bit smaller with 2.5" pipe.

If it sucks I'll sell it and get a SCT and do a custom dyno tune. Only worries are that my truck has 135k on it and I dont want to push it to hard and destroy something, as its my daily.

Ya I was born and raised in Stillwater, I know all about the Apple, been going there since about 97' when I was in HS, seen some crazy **** go down there. I would not want my daughter going at all ha.

Only reason I did it is because I want to sell my Magnaflow to get a tuner. I had some 3" exhaust pipe laying around from an exhaust I did on my race car this summer, So I just welded it up. Only cost me about $50 to make it.
I didn't notice any change, its a tad bit louder now for obvious reasons. I think it looks cool also.

Ya tubing on the Apple is fun for sure, I dont get out there as much as I used to.

I'll sell you my Magnaflow for $300 if your interested?

It depends on what projector you get. Different projectors use different sizes. Mine for instance use H7 for low beams, and H1 for high beams.

I got projectors for my truck. I am undecided on them. I do like the fact that they cut off the beam and give it the luxery car look. But I am still undecided it i like the look of the light. Without them the glare would be unbearable because I am lifted. I have 55w's in my heads, fogs, and KC's. The heads get the middle, the fogs spread out wide, and the KC's are spotbeams so they shoot miles down the road. It is the perfect setup.

I love my HID's. I got them from www.retro-solutions.com. They are a little more pricey, but there stuff works and they have a lifetime warranty. Todd (the owner) has great customer service and really knows his products. I recently had a bulb go out after a little over a year and I sent it to him and he sent me a replacement.
