    ABS Fuse

I have a 2005 F-150 FX4 My question is whenever I use my heater after some time maybe 2 hours or so my abs dash light comes on, fuse blows the #38 or 39 not to sure)-but it controls the dash light for the ABS?
I can replace the fuse 20 amp and it is fine until I deceide to use the heater again, then it blows again.. Some time ago after I noticed my brake fulid low. I know I have a slow leak. Has anyone hasd experienced this issue with the fuse blowing the ABS due to the heater being used. it is full now and should I use the heater the fuse will blow and the ABS dash light will come on?

I can replace the fuse 20 amp and it is fine until I deceide to use the heater again, then it blows again. It has been this way for a couple of years but never needed the heater. Also some time ago after I noticed my brake fulid low (have to add a small bottle bout every 4 weeks or so and it is still that way. I know I have a slow leak but am unable to find it. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this issue with the fuse blowing the ABS due to the heater being used. the low brake fuild seems unrelated but I mention it just in case-it is full now and should I use the heater the fuse will blow and the ABS dash light will come on. But right now all is normal, I just can't use the heater otherwise it gets old replacing fuses.
Any help is greatly appereciated in advance.
