Just seen your pic...and that answered it. I am just starting mods. Ignition is next. Just did the seafoam (smoked good) and oil change, had 5 qts yet of reg. oil so used that, but plan on synthetic next round. Been reading your other posts, thanks for all the information. If you ever need any HVAC/R help give me a shout.
Yep. I't will help a lot. Of course compression will dictate a lot of your results. I average 178-182 PSI between cylinders. It doesn't have to be great to do it. Just relatively balanced. If you can't get 16 BTDC (you have to do a few things to better control combustion chamber temps usually), 14BTDC will be an improvement. Either way, Stock Motorcraft Nic Plated Copper Cores.
