As far as bolt placement the spacers will take care of that, coolant resivoir I already have that, and the radiator is the same. But know I am thinking about just changing the 4.6 out for a 5.4 since I am having hell finding the spacers and my machine shop just gave me the price on having one made ($$$$$$).
I am going with a lightning charger all I have left to find is the spacers for inbetween the heads and intake. Due to the difference in deck heights. A mustang kit would work with some fab work, but there are f150 specific kits out there expect about 3 grand. Thats the reason I am going with a Lightning kit and the spacers I am expecting about 375 horse and 415 lbs of tq and only have about a grand into it. I will also be keeping the 5 speed. so you never know. Good luck
