I just used herculiner to do the same to my truck about 2 weeks ago (1995 f150), and you can also use rustoleum camo (Flat black) paint to do the plastic parts on the bumpers. It looks great, is cheap, and holds up very well because it bonds to plastic.
geez lol, im staying at a friends house for the night, got a call from them when i was about 20 miles out and they said they had to leave so we are moving the meetup to tomorrow at the same time (2-3pm)
