Hello.. Sweet truck.. I have a question for you. .I have a 2009 super crew 4x4 short box.. I currently have 285/60/17 BF Goodrich ATs. I am lifting the suspension 6" .. I would even do a 3" Performance Accessories body kit if needed.. my stress is this.. 35" or 37" tires... Naturally I would love the bigger tire, but my concern is this.. reduction in mpg over the 35s and gearing.. currently I have the stock 3.55s.. I only tow a 3000lb trailer once in awhile...but don't want to trash my trans, etc. I really don't want the mess and expense of re-gearing, but it sounds like I probably should consider it regardless.

With my current setup, I get about 19 MPG highway doing 70mph. What do you get at 70?

    Thank you for your advice,

    Paul

Nah, the KFC ran out of chicken Saturday night. I didn't realize you guys had a chick n run! Yeah, I got a kick out of the KFC running out of chicken, but the dude that was with me got pissed! We ended up taking Little Ceasar's pizzas back to the campsite with us. They were a hit, so it worked out. lol

Hey man, I do have the 6" Skyjacker lift with a 3" body lift, leveling kit, and add-a-leaf, which does sit 12" and it is all Skyjacker, so therefore it is the same as a 12" Skyjacker lift. But yeah I have an 04. I just recently added a couple of new mods and I will throw some pics on here for you to see.
