bskouby - Yes those are the colors I used. Sorry, I cannot verify the numbers, I am at work. The trick I feel to a quality job is in total disassembly of the unit. Most of it just pops apart with some areas being screwed together. I followed the instructions on the can for prep. I pre-washed with a good detergent, then used there recommended prep product and then sprayed multiple light coats and let dry for a day prior to reassembly. A key this time of year depending on where you are located is to do this in a warm dry place. A far as durability, it has held up well so far. I do not believe flaking off would be an issue. Good luck.

I have a question about your console install and your SEM paints. I too have been looking for a 2010-2011 console for my grey interior 2011 F150 and have failed miserably. However, there seems to be an abundant supply of tan consoles on ebay. So, if I can purchase one of these, paint it, and have it turn out like your console I would be very happy.

First of all, are the two colors of paint you used 15253 Titanium Metallic and 15303 Graphite?

Secondly, did you use any of their prep products? Such as the Plastic/Leather Prep and the Sand Free products?

Finally, does it appear to have bonded well with the console? I just have these visions of doing this, and ending up with a flaking, scratched, console not too far down the road.

Thanks for any insights you could give me!
