    Hey bdubs. Check out my build thread on the main page and I think I explained the whole process on the orange mirror reflectors and have numerous pictures. However, they are easily popped out with a small flat head screwdriver (They have tabs on each side to hold them in place). Then, I used Krylon Fusion flat black spray paint for plastic. It adheres without priming or sanding but I sanded them anyway. With the flat black they will match the plastic on the side mirror. I added a clear coat which brings them out. Got pictures in the build thread of both before and after the clear coat so you can decide which you prefer. Hope this helps!
