Hello Steve. You seem very knowledgeable with fords so I ask you this. I have a 2009 Platinum and need to replace the remote start fob. I follow the instructions about holding the over ride button etc, but cannot get the horn to chirp to enter the program mode. Where am I going wrong? I replaced one three years ago and it went perfect. any help would be most appreciated.

Hi, I was searching for information about remote start systems and I saw you posted about one you retro fitted. I have a 2010 fx4 and want to put the remote start in from the 2011 model. I saw you were able to do it, do you have the 2011 style key working with your 09? Thanks for the info
