As nice as the Ram was I wasn't happy with it's build quality. Chipping paint on the pinch welds from day one, other folks on the Ram forum reported rust, mine was not rusting, lots of paint bullseyes, misaligned hood, rubber trim on rear slider falling off, wiring harness visible from the outside (windshield pillar), etc.. This was my second Ram. The first one was built in Mexico and was flawless, my '15 was built in Michigan. I just lost faith in this truck. My man reason for buying it was the excellent deals out there and I loved the looks inside and out. Personally I think the Ford is the better choice. The power of the 3.5L EcoBoost is much better than the Rams.
