Ahh those keys. I don't remember who makes the keys I have but any leveling keys will do the same thing. I also had 1.5" blocks on the rear axle. I just did a lift kit yesterday on the truck I to get the keys off I would have some one do it or get the torsion bar tool since a normal c clamp can be dangerous. I had the clamp pop a few times on me. The major thing when setting the front right height is make sure the front axle is not binding up with the cv joint. With the truck lifted up spin the tire and make sure there is no resistance when you spin the wheel. If there is lower it a little bit drive it for a little to settle it out, then check again. I blew out 2 cv boots because the cv joint was to much. Rough Country makes a leveling/ small "lift kit". http://www.roughcountry.com/suspensi..._leveling.html

The keys with the chip in them? I like them even though they are expensive, but that way I know no one can steal the truck. One of the other thing ford makes is a wireless key pad. If you don't have a number pad on the outside you can stick it on to the door and not have to worry about getting locked out of the truck.
