I want 17" rim though, but tires is what I'm wondering about. I guess KM2s. but arn't they still like $250 a piece or more? I think I can fit a 35x12.50x17 on a 17x9 rim? I figured rockcrawler rims would be the cheapest way to go.. I do want black rims so that'd be 1 way.

Ya man I have no idea on the tow hook. Some of the mud holes had some deep ruts and through my truck around. But 1 I did nose dive hard but I didn't hear it hit anything like a rock.. so it's got me puzzled because that means the frame is weak as ****. Like you'd go in a rut then it'd drop like 1-2ft into a deeep hole and it would throw my ass around lol.

Craigslist has some F150 parting out.. maybe some dude would sell me his bumper hella cheap.. hmm.

But I'd like to spend me money on my lift first when my buddies sells me his. And I need new rims and tires.. doh! Any ideas on rims and tires? 35".. I'd hate to spend alot on tires as they will probably wear down quick from offroading.. but I don't want them to be ****ty ya know?

Oh and my tow hook, it didn't bend itself.. it kinda tweaked the frame some.. so I don't know how I'll straighten it out.. I guess use a torch and heat it up and bend it back...

So.. did you read where I bent my tow hook, busted my trailor connector, busted both fog light brackets and 1 doesn't turn on, and my altenator died? I went muddin' Solo and this all happened within like hour and half lol. Upsetting.. I barely made it to my buddies house where he helped me replace my altenator.

The mud hole I f-ed my altenator up at was DEEEEEEP mud/water.. it was like 100ft long or more and it was fun as hell. I made it through which I was surprised lol. Went back through it like 4 times and my battery light came on and I was like welp I'm ****ered.

But with my bumper jacked, and my fog lights jacked.. whatcha think a junkyard would want for a full bumper with fog lights if I can find 1? Most of them are frontend collisions.. so it'd be a bitch. Brand new JUST chrome bumper part is $250 from LMC trucks.. I almost think a custom offroad bumper would be cheaper but it's just time I don't got to build 1..

Hey man, nice wheelz. I noticed from your pics that you have the lights behind the grill. I plan on doing that as well. My truck is a 2003 but I think it's still pretty much the same style as yours. When you mounted your lights did you just mount them to that stock piece of metal that is behind the grill ? I took my grill off a few weeks ago to see how much work I was looking at and noticed that piece in about the right spot. Just curious if you used that or if you had to build a custom bracket. I'm curious to know if that stock piece is strong enough to mount 6" lights on without them vibrating around when I drive. If you get a chance let me know how you did yours. Thanks man.
