yeah i know i thought about maybe makin the box somewhat easy to remove so i can switch out if its absolutely necessary, you know? cause the backseat is like real easy to put in and take out. well it is when you do it like i do (i left about 4/10 of the bolts out lol and only put in the easy ones). it still feels solid when its in. what rockford fosgates did you have? ive heard the t1s are awesome.

im gonna get two rockford fosgate T1's and put them in a big nice lookin box in place of the backseat(i think). either 12's or 15's. pretty sure 15's would be like way too much lol but who knows. dont know what amp id get. then for speakers im thinkin alpine type x's. and itl look bad ass with the backseat out cause for my birthday im gettin two king ranch seats and the console for the front. should all be done by 2010.

and i was askin bout the backspacing cause ive been wondering just how far out 17x9 helo maxx 6's will put my wheels. im wanting some rims thatll make the tires stick out an inch or two, you know? and the 4.53 backspaced maxx 6 is the one that makes the tires stick out the most. its got a high offset too i think.

the key holds the torsion bar in place, and the more they twist the bar the more the bar pushes the front components down, lifting the front. you can twist the bolt all the way in with the stock keys, and it will about level your truck but then you cant go any further. aftermarket keys are angled differently so they can twist the bar more. its hard to explain. but yeah the angle is pretty sharp on the cv joints. thats what messed up mine. what makes me mad is theres no performance replacement, only stock. youd think an off-road company would sell heavy duty cv shaft replacements.

it could be in my head, but i bet i did. haha thats a weird coincidence yeah i wanna see some. did you get the ones with 4.53" backspacing? damn today was bad i found out my cv shafts need replaced and u joints goin out in the same day! its still drive fine but its squeakin horrible and aint turnin smooth.

yeah im pretty sure its louder. like my friends probably wouldnt notice the difference, but drivin it to school this mornin it seemed like it was definitely louder than normal. it also sounds deeper pitched and more full sounding, you know? could be in my head but it sure doesnt seem like it.

yeah a 3" inlet lets in over twice as much air as a 2". i figured for 5 bucks and a little time why not. so it makes the stock pipe as big as the pipe in a CAI, and really i dont see how the air under the hood that a CAI takes in could be colder than the air from under the fender. just my opinion on it all.

its where you take out the stock 2" intake snorkel(the part that goes into the fender to get the air) and replace it with 3" PVC pipe. then youre stock intake is 3" all the way through. look it up on google and theres pics and directions. right now my trucks idling real low and its rough when accelerating ever since i did it this mornin, but im pretty sure that just cause the computer hasnt got it all figured out yet.
