I'm having some problems with the modifications. From what I've heard, I'll need a $1600 HPFP to run 600hp on pump gas with these new GT Turbos. I really dont want to dump another $1600 into the performance side of this truck when It's going to be on all terrain tires with a lift and get zero traction anyhow.
A few of my colleagues say to sell the new GT turbos, keep the stock ones, and do all the other mods to get around 500hp and be happy. The turbos are going to require the HPFP to push it over 500hp, and the stock turbos should do fine otherwise. Looking for some direction and a tune.
I recently ordered an SCT livewire from you guys for my 2011 5.0. I plugged it in today and got it all set up. I pulled my ECU strategy and sent it in. I went into town a little while ago, and if I turn the key forward, after the "built ford tough" thing plays, it shows a battery alert and keeps chiming. When I got back home and parked the truck, I turned the key off, and everything shut off. The display says "sys turned off to save batt". Before, the radio and everything would stay on until I opened the door. Is there a fix to this? I already connected it to my laptop and updated it all before installation.
