Wow. 8 hours is impressive. It took me about 18-20 hours with plenty of beer breaks. I think the difference is that the Whipple kit for the stang requires you to replace the fuel system with a GT500 dual pump system. I'm with you, NO ONE works on my car but me (and the tuner, lol).

I did perform the install. I'm to much of a perfectionist to ever let anyone work on my stuff. Having to let some one else tune it is about all I can stand lol. It was a very simple process. You'll notice I changed injectors. This is not required but I was not fond of running the fuel pump harder to push additional fuel through the stock injectors. However Ford Motor Sports appoves it. The FMS 39lb injectors can be had for $249 at www.blueovalindustries.com Being a Mustang owner you probably already know about them. Anyway it took about 8hrs. I took my time. I have the instruction manual in pdf form. I'll see if I can foward it to you in a private message and you can review it. Those Stangs with Whipples are a sick breed. I love em.

Hey man, nice choice on the supercharger. Just curious, but did you install it yourself? I did my own install on my mustang, and I was wondering if we could compare notes to see if the process is about the same. I plan to buy a 5.4 liter F150 and the Whipple is on my short list of modifications. Thanks,
