Hi, my names Daniel, i was looking through the forum and noticed a few people saying youre the guy to ask about modding a ford motor. from the looks of it theyre right. i just picked up an 01 f150 that needs some help. in the end i want a pre-runner. im going full camberg suspension, but as far as motor mods i have no clue where to begin. i want to boost it, but every site i look at all says theyre reliable and the most powerful. can you help with pointing me in the right direction? i have the 5.4L with the 4sp auto. im looking for around 450-500 hp in the end.

yeah I have a 4/6 at the moment, but i really want to order some DJM control arms and go down 3 inches more in the front and then use schackles in the back for 2 inches
