    Power Improved. They came on 2001-2004 heritage 4.6l and 99-04 heritage 5.4l plus everything else with modular motors in different years. They flow better, have better cams and smaller dishes so when you put them on non-PI motors that have flatter pistons you end up with a 10.5ish:1 compression ratio instead of the 9.2:1 stock. All that adds up to about 40 hp with the swap.

    They're right there in the front of the intake manifold. You'll see if you compare the two where the front heater hose is on the PI intake there is a sensor screwed in the non-PI intake. There are two coolant sensors right next to each other on the old one but only one port and a heater hose on the new one, that's why you have to make a new place for one.

    just got the parts today. the sensor is on the on top of the intake mainofold on the 97 motor? not sure were to look for it

    Not at all. 4 to 7 days. Might want to cancel that one and find one from a different seller.

    So I was looking at when my stuff was gonna come an the part from Amazon isent going to be here for like 4 to 7 weeks holly hell did urs take that long ??
