    Hi, I just ordered a full set of the 5100's for my 05 f150. I have a concern about reusing the stock spring seat but I don't have a choice because you can't buy that part seperately. I have heard yoiu have to hit the old one with a hammer to remove it. Is this true and is there anything else I should know about the install process. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Kevin
