This is what the active park assist option button should look like. Mine has the same size cutout, but the lane departure warning button is twice the size of the one in the picture and takes up the whole cutout. Looks like even though it's listed on my window sticker and I have the sensors on the sides I don't have the option (or at least don't have the button). Guess we shall see if Ford can make this option work or they'll be getting the truck back.
