Default Wiring Harness

Decided to replace some freeze plugs after the winter, 1 on one side and two on the drivers side. Yes.. 2 freeze plugs were under the motor mounts on each side. Really not that bad of a job after all.
The issue is the truck was running after I parked it, and now after trying to figure out why the truck just cranks over, and no head lights, I dug a little deeper to the back of the firewall on drivers side I found the bulk of my wires chewed off.
What is the name of the wiring harness I need to replace that bolts on to a box on the firewall so I can find a new or used replacement. I know there are specific wiring harnesses.
Thanks in advance and sorry for being winded here folks!

After some research, it seems the wiring harness I am looking for is called an engine wiring harness. Thanks.

Engine wiring harness is the piece on the engine itself. There should be a joiner near the power distribution box where it connects to the underhood wiring harness. It's an assembly line thing - the engine gets mated to the frame with the engine wiring harness already all attached and gets attached to the underhood harness or maybe engine compartment harness with a bolted on connector that's already attached to the fenderwell.
Just don't want you to end up with the wrong piece of wiring -
