Default Simple lighting wiring question.

I have my fog lights turned on as my daytime running lights. These come on whenever the truck is out of park.

I also have a set of the three LED "Raptor style " behind the grille hood lights. These are wired into my front marker lights and come on when the parking and headlights lights are on.

Can I "dual wire" the LED grille lights to come on when the fogs come on. I think I should be able to just run another positive lead from the LED's to the positive on the fogs? I am just wondering if this sounds OK and that it wouldn't cause problems with cross talk, voltage sensing or something else I may not be aware of.

I have wired in relays, switches and all kinds of small items but I am not a whiz at wiring.

Thanks for any and all help

Not real electrically inclined but you need something and im thinking a diode keeping current going in one direction.
Im sure someone will respond to give you the details.
