Question drl daytime running ligts not working

i have a 2008 f150 xlt. the drl is not working checked fuses, relays, resistor pretty much all that i can find in the manual. the dealer sent me a pick of a module but I can not find that anywhere on the truck. My manual has a fuse box under the hood right side when standing in front of truck, two relays are in there, one is drl in the manual another is drl highbeam disable. The resistor is mounted just on the right side of rad. There is also a 20 amp fuse in the cab fuse box marked in manual drl. All checks out fine. Am I missing something here. Its a canadian truck. Any help would be great thx And also what light are the drl markers , highbeams , lowbeams. thx again

Is this truck now in US now?

Only thing that comes to mind is that it has been disabled in the PCM.
