Default help with my 2 speed crown vic fan....

I have a e fan from a cop car and I need to know what it pulls for current and how the two speeds work...it has a box mounted to it and I assume that's the speed controller...(3 wires coming out of it)...I read the high was 80 amps and low was like 60.....and anyone know what cfm ratings these are

Thanks a lot....
