Default heater hose

I blew a heater hose today going down the interstate just past Las Cruces. I need to know how to get that stupid quick disconnect fitting off? I have tried pushing those plastic tabs together, and it won't come off no matter what I do. It's the hose that connects to the intake manifold. OOPS! I posted this in the wrong section. My F150 is a 2001.

I also need to get the replacement part number, I can't seem to find it on Oreilly's website. Autozone is wanting $56 for this hose!

I had the same problem. They say that you're supposed to press those tabs in and twist back and forth a couple times and it's supposed to come off. I had to buy a tool from Ford to get mine off.
