E40D tranny shift patters

E40D tranny shift patters
Has anyone ever messed with the shift patters on their tranny? I know its computer controlled, but I hate how it shift into over drive so early, it makes the truck doggy, and it has a crummy passing gear. I was thinking of removing the e40d and putting in a AOD, any thoughts?
