Default Wierd Turn Signal Issue

Ok guys help me out here I have a 91 F150 custom, 4.9L 5sp.
ok running lights work all the way around, however turn signal and brake light do NOT work on the passenger side rear. Is it possible for it to be more than one thing wrong, or is it a simple one item fix all fuses are good am trying the flasher fuse next. any other help with this would be great

check for corosion on the bulb socket

Ok will do. Also she has a pigtail hook-up but the plug-in portion there would that affect anything??? Thanks For the Fast Reply Modular man, and techrep

Ok guys I figured it out. When they wired in the pigtail connector, and then taped it together it was shorting out my turn signal as well as my brake lights. After taking the tape off the tail light started to work normally. :-) Thank you all for your Help.
