I have a 94 f150 5.0 v8. I am getting 10mpg. The alternator, fuel and air filters, water pump, thermostat, serpentine belt, plugs, wires, and distributor cap have all been replaced. No improvement. Not sure what I should look at next.

What kind of driving do you do? Freeway, city, rural? 2wd or 4wd? Auto. Or manual? How do you record your mileage? Fillup at the same gas station? What does the exhaust pipe look like? How many miles on the truck and has the O2 sensor been replaced? Tire size correct? Speedo working properly? I use a scan gauge in my truck to make sure the speedo is correct and it can also be verified with a GPS unit like a Tom Tom.
